Digital Product Manager
I manage multiple digital products offerings designed to help small- and medium-sized businesses advertise online; from websites, to social media, to native content, to paid advertising.  I report directly to the VP of Product and work closely with our C-level leadership daily.

I’ve lead the development of an order management platform that resulted in a current pipeline of over $600,000 and revenue recognition of $165,000 as of Q2 2016.  I’m currently redefining our web presence, ecommerce, and social media offerings to align with today’s ever-changing paradigms with an eye on how this all integrates into a holistic online advertising and content strategy.

Cognizant Technology Solutions

Senior Managing Consultant – Mobile & Digital Innovation and UX Design
I was responsible for managing the Cognizant onsite team in the Digital Innovation department with a focus on mobile and wearable solutions. My streamlined team was tasked with understanding new technology trends and creating working prototypes of innovative solutions to disrupt the healthcare market.  I hosted regular ideation sessions to encourage my team to get creative and help them develop their ideas to present.  I also worked with business owners to secure funding and transition the prototypes to production development.

I have delivered multiple functional prototypes leading to over $650,000 in development revenue and have $1M+ potential revenue in the pipeline. I reviewed the current UX tools and procedures and developed a new process and tool-set to streamline our process and deliver iterative versions 1 to 2 sprints faster. I also managed Cognizant offshore teams to bring new technologies into to my client.

The ACTIVE Network

Product Manager, Mobile Solutions/UX Designer
I owned mobile solutions for two major markets in ACTIVE with multiple sub-markets. We launched the first mobile solution for our Hunt & Fish market to shift field sales to online, which resulted in increased revenue to ACTIVE, and a greener solution to our customers. I delivered a ski resort mobile solution that contributed to over $300,000 in recognized revenue and replaced their current mobile solution. In 2011 I launched two new mobile platforms for the Ski & Attractions market and exceeded launch-year revenue targets of over $100,000 while maintaining a growing install base since then.

I was responsible for multiple mobile platforms that power apps across multiple global business lines. In parallel, I directed our mobile solutions strategic planning and execution while also leading UX design and marketing initiatives, and functioning in a sales engineering role. I interacted regularly with corporate executives and managers worldwide.

ClickFox, Inc.

2005 – 2010

Product Manager/UX Design Manager
I began my career with ClickFox as a developer and created the second generation Web portal solution that decreased support costs by 25% due to a more intuitive interface and data architecture. I then lead the UX team with a focus on data visualization for complex customer interactions across multiple enterprise channels. During my role here I took ownership of all marketing initiatives for half the year due to a shift in company structure. In my final promotion I assumed responsibilities for ideation and development of the second-generation SaaS behavioral analytics solution; resulting in a more streamlined process ultimately decreasing operational costs by 10% for new customer implementations and daily maintenance.
