Goal: Determine how to visualize complex data in a presentable format that can be easily understood by top-level executives and drilled into for detailed analysis by multiple roles downstream.
While I cannot disclose data and screenshots here due to the nature of our clients, I can state that our solution measured behavior patterns across multiple channels to determine how one channel may affect others and therefore determine a root cause of issues driving up internal support costs. I led the design of a high-level completion flow diagram that showed where users were dropping off and indicating drop-off states. From there users could drill down further into drop-off states and pursue each path to completion. The high-level presentation clearly indicated the primary drop-off points and nodes to investigate further to determine the true root cause.
